<p>The Council would like to establish and understanding and gain insight into the market. Over the past few months, we have been conducting research as to how we can shape the contract in a way that suits all LBI requirements. We would like to understand how your organisation can demonstrate industry innovation, in particular the aim of achieve net zero carbon emissions including the use of electric vehicles, use of ANPR, as well as more traditional issues such as best, worst and expected recovery rates, whether you have alternative sources of information for vehicles that are returned as &lsquo;no trace&rsquo; from the DVLA, transient debt recovery and pre-debt cleansing, as well as optimum contract terms and competition between suppliers.</p>
<p>If the above sounds relevant to the services you offer, we would be grateful for your responses to the questions outlined below.</p>

<p>Islington Council are therefore looking for providers who would be interested in attending a virtual soft market supplier day, with individual slots allocated to each supplier, consisting of a 20 minute supplier presentation and then a 25 minute question and answer session.</p>
<p>Please note that this information is being sought without prejudice and without commitment. Should LBI decide to take this project further then this work will not be part of that process nor will the information provided be used to determine the outcome of that process.</p>
