Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of the design supply and installation of a fire suppression system to George Hall Court Block of Council Flats within the Borough of Swindon.

Project Description

The contractor will be required to undertake works such as:

• The design.

• The supply and installation of fire suppression system to flats at George Hall Court.

• Making good to the structure and finishing’s internally and externally as required.

Full details relating to the Works are provided in the tender documents.

To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents. In the event of difficulties registering as a supplier, please refer to the System Administrator Proactis support team ProContractSuppliers@proactis.com

Contract Period

The contract will be for a period of 20 weeks commencing 30th July 2018.

Tender Responses
Tender Responses are required to be submitted no later than 4th May 2018, 1200 hrs UK Local time via the tender return email address - TenderingHousingProperty@swindon.gov.uk

Tender Clarifications
If you require any clarifications on the tender documents, please submit these in writing via Messaging in ProContract tender portal, including the project reference and title clearly in the Subject title, by 25th April 2018, 1200 hrs UK Local time.
The Council’s responses to these clarification questions will be issued periodically via Messaging in ProContract tender portal.
