The commissioning of City Hall&rsquo;s rough sleeping services is underpinned by the Rough Sleeping Commissioning Framework (the &ldquo;Framework&rdquo;). Guided by the Framework, a decision has been made to procure two contracts, both of which will commence on 1st April 2023. These are for: Lot 1: Rapid Response Outreach Team; and Lot 2: Specialist service for non-UK nationals.</p>
