• Provide real-time updates.
2. A points-based incentive scheme to sit within the booking facility of the web portal and application
Key requirements:
• Allocated points to vary depending on the type of transport booked, in order to encourage use of the most sustainable transport option
• Points will be redeemable with local businesses and charities that opt into the scheme.
3. Identification of potential commercial demand through research and analysis
Key requirements:
• An innovative data-based approach
• To gain an understanding of travel pattern data not currently captured, identify trends and predict the level of demand for public transport resources in new areas.
