Internal and External Decoration Works for Poole Housing Partnership

Poole Housing Partnership Ltd (PHP) are seeking a supplier to deliver internal and external decorating works.

The scope of the works includes internal decoration of communal properties such as flat blocks and sheltered housing schemes. The scope also includes external decorating works as required and including works such as wash down, masonry painting, pointing, fascias, gutters and clearance of gutters/downpipes.

The successful supplier will deliver the work under a schedule of rates. As work is identified by PHP, the supplier will be required to provide a quote for the identified works based on the schedule of rates. The supplier will be required to ensure that there is sufficient resource capacity within their organisation and sub-contracting network to deliver works as required by PHP. The supplier will also need to have clear processes in place for engaging with residents as works are undertaken and minimising the impact to residents.
