Interior Designer for Show Home - Winchcombe

The purpose of this procurement is a request for proposal for an Interior designer to manage the interior layout of rooms within one of Bromfords show homes, located in the beautiful, historic, bustling Cotswold town of Winchcombe. The Interior Designer will be required to produce a full service, turnkey design. Generating 2D and /or 3D interior plans, drawings, mood boards and visualisations. Considering quality fittings, fixtures, and furniture for implementation within the home, that will not exceed the proposed budget of £40,000 + VAT. Winchcombe is situated 6 miles north-east of Cheltenham and has its civil parish in the Borough of Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire. Bromford Housing Association is a Housing Association with over 46,000 homes and an ambitious new build development programme. We are currently seeking support from an Interior Design company to create beautiful, inspirational, and functional designs for Bromfords’ high-quality homes. Working collaboratively with Bromford colleagues for the successful implementation of this project. The purpose of this RFP is to invite organisations to submit their proposals for this opportunity. The organisations most suited to Bromfords requirements will be invited to present their proposal at one of our main offices. Ideally presenting any portfolios, skills, and their current proposals in digital format.
