Description
Accent wishes to invite suitably accredited and qualified economic operators to provide a quotation for Corporation Tax, Stamp Duty Land Tax and Other Tax Services to Accent and its subsidiaries over the next 3 to 4 years.

The services currently required centre around the provision of annual Corporation and on-demand SDLT tax advice, however we reserve the future right to draw down, by mutual consent, any other ad hoc tax advice as required.

The Opportunity The opportunity can be divided into three parts, Corporation Tax Services, to be provided on an annual basis, SDLT Services, which will be required as and when suitable development opportunities are identified by Accent’s Development Team and Other Tax Services, which covers any additional advice required during the term of the contract. Corporation Tax Services.

Accent is seeking to procure the provision of corporation tax services to support the production of the Financial Statements ensuring compliance and delivery in line with internal Board deadlines, HMRC deadlines and other regulatory body deadlines. These services would include: liaising with the Finance team to enable you to prepare in a timely manner the year-end tax computations such as but not limited to • the provision of the tax for accounts disclosures to be included in the Financial Statements of all affected entities as well as • subsequent finalisation and submission of the tax returns to HMRC on our behalf including the tagging of accounts for iXBRL. You will work with HMRC on our behalf to resolve any subsequent queries and ensure satisfactory conclusion of the whole compliance process as well as advising on appropriate payments to satisfy any corporation tax liabilities.

Stamp Duty & Land Tax (SDLT) Services As part of Accents new growth led corporate strategy to develop more than 2000 new homes over the next 4 years, Accent is looking to source a provider to deliver ethical, comprehensive and holistic (SDLT) consultancy/advisory services working in partnership with Accent to enable delivery of its strategy in a tax efficient manner. The nature of development is such that it is not possible to project either the volume or time profile of the work; the requirement will be wholly driven by the acquisition of development opportunities.

Other Tax Services Accent wishes to make provision in the contract for the provision of other Tax Services, on either an ad-hoc or regular basis at any point during the term of the contract
