79_27(S) Educational One-Piece Classroom Chairs and Other Related Seating Products

ESPO are establishing a catalogue framework for the supply of Educational One-Piece Chairs and related seating products (for the ESPO catalogues). Goods are predominantly for direct delivery to ESPO customers, however some goods may be for delivery to ESPO’s distribution centre, Leicester.

The purpose of this Framework is to complement ESPO’s existing Educational Furniture Framework (79_25), with a specific focus on expanding and developing chair and seating ranges.

For those Suppliers appointed to Framework 79_25, it should be noted that this ITT is intended to establish a Framework as an interim arrangement that will expire no later than 28 February 2029, aligning with the expiry of the current 79_25 Educational Furniture Framework.

The Framework is NOT divided into lots.

Please refer to the tender documents for further details - please ensure that you access the ITT Event / Activity (Activity summary screen) for these once an Expression of interest ('register interest’) has been completed (see also the below note in the case of Expressions of interest having already been completed).

Note: If you are unable to complete an Expression of interest, this is likely to be due to this having already been registered via a previous notification e.g., the PME notice (an individual contact/Workgroup cannot complete more than once). Please check your Activities area in this case instead (or otherwise contact Proactis Supplier Support for any other system related help). Also, any questions or clarifications MUST be received via the Messaging facility on this eProcurement Portal only (see also below).
