Description
Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers to Design and Build the 2nd Phase of the Secondary School Expansion on Crowdys Hill School Site.

Full details relating to the Works are provided in the tender documents.

The contract will be for a period of 6 months commencing December 2017.

The relevant tender documents are included within this project webpage as attachments.

Tender Responses are required to be submitted no later than Friday, 29 September 2017, 12.00GMT by hardcopy as detailed in the ITT documentation.

If you wish to visit the site, please make specific arrangements as detailed in the ITT in Section 1, item 12.3. The deadline date for arranging a site visit is Friday, 8 September 2017, 12.00 GMT.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES VISIT THE SITE INDEPENDENTLY.

If you require any clarifications on the tender documents please submit these in writing via e-mail, including the project name clearly in the e-mail title, to Mark Rose at mrose@swindon.gov.uk and Eve Wigmore at ewigmore@swindon.gov.uk by the deadline of 12.00 GMT Wednesday, 20 September 2017.

The Council’s responses to these clarification questions will be uploaded as attachments on the project webpage attachments section. Therefore, it is the Contractor’s responsibility to check the site regularly for updates to clarifications, as you will not be advised when updates have been made.

Please note that this project has been advertised on Contracts Finder, however, Supplying the South West Portal is the only portal that includes all the relevant documents required to respond to this opportunity, bearing Project Id: DN293730
