Invitation to Dialogue for Broad Band, Monitoring, Filtering and Telephony Services

The St Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Academy Trust will be issuing an Invitation to Tender in early November 2023

We will be holding a Supplier event to engage with suitably qualified and competent suppliers that are able to provide the services required an invitation to participate in a market engagement Event with us.

We would like to discuss the objectives of the tender, an outline of the procurement process and an insight into the expectations the St Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Academy Trust has from potential providers when bidding for the Broad Band, Monitoring, Filtering and Telephony Services

Interested providers are invited to this market engagement event by registering for the event via ProContract.

A maximum limit of two persons per organisation
Please provide Role and contact details of attendee’s pre-event
Closing date for registration is the 16th of October 2023,12 noon.

This regulated Competition will be procured in accordance with the procurement regulations it is anticipated that the procurement will be below threshold for the full term of the contract.

For the avoidance of doubt, this event is not part of any pre-qualification, or selection process, nor is it intended to confer any advantage upon its participants in any future procurement process. Participation or non-participation in the market engagement event shall not prevent any provider from participating in any future related procurement exercise.
