Lot 10 covers the supply of a wide range of plastic refuse sacks. This lot is accessible via both call-off without competition, and call-off with competition (further competitive selection process). Note: In the case of completing a further competitive selection process, please ensure ALL Suppliers who are capable of meeting the requirement (i.e., the Frameworks Suppliers appointed under the identified lot) are invited. Also, for ALL awards completed, a UK7 Contract details notice should be published (e.g., please refer to the guidance found here: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/procurement-act-2023-guidance-documents-procure-phase/guidance-contract-details-notices-html), whilst for any above-threshold contracts a UK6 Contract award notice should also be published first (e.g., see https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Home/NoticeTypes for further reference on "Award under framework (above threshold).
