Consultancy framework for the provision of:
Lot 1 - Operational Panel for LLITM Transport Model
This lot requires consultants to provide transport modelling and planning services and advice in order to assist with the operation and maintenance of the LLITM. In particular, under this lot
consultants will be required to provide services in the following specialist software applications:
Lot 2 - Operation Panel for LLITM Land-Use Model (DELTA)
This lot requires consultants to provide services and advice on land-use modelling; assisting with
the operation of the existing land-use model, the creation and maintenance of such models, through to the application on studies using the DELTA specialist software.
Lot 3 - Comprehensive Transport Advisory Service and Support Panel
This lot requires consultants to provide comprehensive transport advice and support services including but not restricted to:
• Quality audits of work carried out using LLITM and other local authority transport models
• Project coordination and management
• Inputs to transport plans and policies (strategic and detailed)
• Scheme design
• Preparation for and participation in public inquiries
• Transport and land-use modelling
• Transport appraisal
• Evaluation of implemented transport schemes
• Advice on transport and planning regulatory change
• Transport assessment
• Environmental modelling and assessment
• Transport planning
