Scope:
Ashford Borough Council is seeking a Contractor to supply and install CCTV monitoring software for Ashford Monitoring Centre.

Expressions of Interest:
The attention of interested parties is drawn to the aim of this notice, namely to compile a shortlist of contractors (up to 5 No.) selected on the basis of the information provided in response to the Suitability Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ). If a number of high quality SAQ submissions are received we may increase our shortlist. Submission of an SAQ does not guarantee an invitation to tender.

Duration of Contract
3 years (initial installation plus 3 years of support and maintenance as required)

Estimated Value: £50,000 (including associated hardware)

Suitability Assessment Questionnaire Evaluation:
Potential contractors will need to complete and submit the SAQ attached and will need to achieve a minimum score of 60% for the Project Specific Questions (PS-Q1 to PS-Q9) for their bid to be considered further. Other questions within the SAQ will be marked on a PASS/FAIL basis and a supplier maybe excluded for the process if a fail is scored. 2 No. References are also requested with the SAQ

Tender:
Tenders should include all costs associated with purchase and installation as well as training and ongoing associated costs. The technical specification and further information is attached (please note this may be amended prior to issue of tenders)

Tender Evaluation:
We are using a technology related procurement set of questions to help us evaluate the tenders, which will be evaluated on the following;

25% Price
75% Quality

Contract Award:
The Contract will be awarded to the supplier who submits the best fit to our specification requirements.

Suitability Assessment Questionnaire Return:
In order to be considered please ensure your completed SAQ is returned to the following e:mail address; procurement@ashford.gov.uk no later than 14:30 on Monday 4th July 2016
