Temporary Accommodation for Homeless people with Covid - 19 + symptoms to isolate for up to 14 days

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We have an urgent need for 4-6 bedrooms with ensuite that could be used (under licence to the council) for individuals who are COVID positive or who need to isolate having been in contact with someone who is Covid +, and who are working age - 18-65 who are </span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> homeless and may present with additional vulnerabilities requiring a safe and stable setting in which to self-isolate </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">homeless or unable to return to their homes, who would need to self isolate for up to 14 days.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Premises must be in Hackney or surrounding Boroughs, and must be prepared to accept people who are COVID positive and who are or may have been homeless.</span></p>

<p><strong>Premises must be:</strong></p>
<p> </p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Of a good standard free from damp, infestation and habitable</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Furnished with TV, Bed, linen towels etc</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Have en suite toilet/bathroom</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Meet fire and HMO licensing guidelines</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Gas and electricity certificates in date</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Liability Insurance</span></li>

<p><strong>Kitchen</strong></p>
<p> </p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">In order to promote isolation, ideally the accommodation would have a kitchen for sole use - however we would consider accommodation with ensuite and no kitchen as we could provide food.</span></p>

<p><strong>In return we will offer:</strong></p>
<p> </p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Individuals will be supported daily and given food and any other support needed.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Advice, support and training in the use of PPE for any staff on site </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Full cleaning between each use (or pay for the cost of this) </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">End of agreement deep cleaning and on full repair basis if anything was damaged, broken or stolen.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Block contract for up to 18 weeks</span></li>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">4-6 rooms, Available for a block booking immediately until end of March 2021</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We would also like to hear from you if you only have 1 or 2 bedrooms as we could split the total amount across different contracts/premisis.</span></p>

<p><strong>Move on</strong></p>
<p> </p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">All clients will vacate the rooms after the isolation period.</span></p>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Price per night and if it includes meals what meals.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Evidence of all H&S Certs and Insurance policy</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">How you would clean premises in between change overs</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">What other support you might offer</span></li>
