Complex Residential Care Market Engagement

<p><span style="font-weight: 400">Royal Borough of Kingston Adults Social Care Team (RBK) is seeking input from the market to support the future commissioning of Complex Residential Care.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400">RBK has recognised that&nbsp; there is a shortage of providers to deliver complex residential care services&nbsp; to clients in the Kingston area.&nbsp;</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400">The aim of this soft market exercise is to&nbsp; request for information from the market :</span></p>
<ol>
<li style="font-weight: 400"><span style="font-weight: 400">To understand the availability and locality of complex residential care providers in Kingston or within a 25 mile radius of Kingston borough boundaries.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400"><span style="font-weight: 400">To understand the challenges faced by providers of complex care services.</span></li>
</ol>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400">Royal Borough of Kingston would like to understand from key providers how these requirements might best be structured and is therefore carrying out a soft market testing exercise to engage in early informal dialogue prior to any formal procurement taking place.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400">Organisations that are interested in participating in this exercise should read the Memorandum of Information and complete the Market Engagement Questionnaire. This questionnaire should be returned via the London Tenders Portal no later than 12:00 hours on Friday 7th October 2022</span><span style="font-weight: 400">.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400">All information provided in the questionnaire responses and any subsequent discussions will be strictly confidential and will assist RBK in shaping and scoping requirements and provide insight into the most suitable delivery model for complex residential care. RBK does not have a firm intention to award a contract at this stage.</span></p>
