Communal Aerial System Servicing and Maintenance Contract

Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of Communal Aerial System Servicing and Maintenance Contract. The contract will be for an initial 2 years with 2 x 12-month extensions available subject to satisfactory performance.

Project Description

Swindon Borough Council have an obligation to maintain the communal aerials, satellite dishes and a number of door entry CCTV cameras across various buildings the Borough, to support this SBC need a supplier who can provide this serviced, full details are included in the RFQ documents and the pricing schedule

To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents. In the event of difficulties registering as a supplier, please refer to the System Administrator Proactis support team ProContractSuppliers@proactis.com

Tender clarifications to be submitted in writing via Messaging in ProContract tender portal by 11 October 2023, 15:00 hrs UK Local time. The Council’s responses to these clarification questions will be issued periodically on the ProContract tender portal.
