Description
Fire Damage Works to 10 Bay Tree Court, Swindon

Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake repair works to a fire damaged property at 10 Bay Tree Court, Swindon.

Project Description
The estimated value of the work will be upto £80,000.00 and should be completed within a 16 weeks period commencing 6th January 2020.

Contract Period
The contract will commencing 6th January 2020 with no option to extend, as per the contract terms and conditions.

Tender Responses
Questionnaire/ Tender Responses are required to be submitted no later than 3rd December 2019, 1400 hrs UK Local time by e-mail, including the project name and DN reference clearly in the subject title to Lisa Smith only.

Tender Clarifications
