Description
The Contractor shall provide Information Communication Technology and Associated Services with the requirement to provide the following in conjunction with these services:
- The ICT and Associated services apply to all areas of the Trust’s buildings and facilities.
- The Contractor shall provide the Service 7 days a week, 24/7, 365 days a year. The Trusts business operating hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:30 for the execution of all routine and planned events.
