<p>PCH arrangements for reactive maintenance services of our extensive property portfolio will shortly be retendered. In preparation of this we are engaging with prospective suppliers to understand the market and design the most appropriate tender process. In order to support this we will be holding a Reactive Maintenance Tender Supplier Event on the 15<sup>th</sup> September 2021. The aim of this virtual event is to provide some early engagement with potential bidders, answer any relevant questions and clarify our expectations for a first class reactive maintenance service.</p>
<p>The event will include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Presentations by Senior Management </li>
<li>A chance to understand our resident’s requirements and expectations</li>
<li>Review of current arrangements</li>
<li>Technical workshops with representatives from the relevant trades</li>
<li>A chance to meet the Procurement Team to “demystify” the tender and procurement process</li>
<li>An overview of our technical platforms for both the service and tender processes.</li>
