Tourism video and photography

Wychavon would like to commission a number of short promotional videos with the aim of showcasing the district. Alongside this we would want still photography to be taken as well. Some of the dates will be fixed, but others will be flexible and are weather dependent.

• 2.5 minute video – showing a lot of the highlights.
• 1 minute video – for facebook/you tube
• 40 second video for Instagram

We anticipate that filming will start in April 2018 and will be complete in December 2018. We would want to have receipt of completed product by February 2019 at the latest.

To capture
• Town centres – Droitwich, Evesham, Pershore and Broadway
o Pershore – Abbey, wetlands, retail market, river
o Evesham – river, parks, leisure centre, The Regal Cinema
o Droitwich – lido, parks, salt works/heritage, canals
o Broadway – play area, high street, retail offering
• Landscape and rural vista (Bredon Hill, Overbury, Combertons, Inkberrow)
• Coach tours – details to follow.
• All Things Wild – Honeybourne
• Confetti Fields – Wick – drone footage and general filming. (28 June – 8 July).
• Webb’s and Aztec Adventure
• Churchfields – salt production and extraction.
• Evesham parks and river
• Theatres
• Sailing – Arden Sailing club
• Local produce being grown – tomatoes, plums and asparagus
• Blossom along the Blossom Trail.
• Cycling and Boardman/The Valley
• Webb’s of Wychbold
• National Trust properties– Snowshill, Hanbury Hall etc.

• 9am - Monday 23 April – Asparagus Run (Festival launch). The ‘run’ will take place on the recently opened GWSR in Broadway.

Please note that you need to be available for all the dates listed and have some weather based flexibility regarding anything outdoors on other dates. We will need you to be responsible for consent forms for any close up shots. Without these we are unable to use footage or photography.
