Notice of Potential Opportunity – Radcliffe Market Hall

Bury Council is looking to appoint an operator to undertake a range of services in order to create a successful market.at Radcliffe Market Hall

As part of the process we are keen to seek the views of any interested parties on how they would they would envisage the service operating or to seek clarification on any of the areas covered in this notice. This in turn will help us to shape our invitation to bid documentation to be attractive to the potential market of bidders. At this stage there is no commitment of any kind by the Council or the organisations who contact us and we would like to stress that our discussions will be both informal and confidential. Furthermore any party not expressing an interest at this stage will not be precluded from submitting a bid.

We will then contact you to arrange a meeting which will take place in either weeks commencing Monday 31st July 2017 or Monday 7th August 2017.

Following the conclusion of these discussions we anticipate that an opportunity inviting bids for the management of Radcliffe Market Hall including details of the information required from bidders along with the deadline for submissions of bids will be issued as soon as it is practical to do so..
