Large Format Digital Billboard

Swindon Borough Council (the Contracting Authority) is seeking a commercial partner to manage a large format digital advertising sign, by way of a concession, using an open procurement procedure.

The successful partner will be responsible for the design, install, operation, and maintenance of a large format digital billboard (48-sheet equivalent) with dual screens at Blagrove, West Swindon, and will be able to exploit the opportunities for selling of advertising on this format.

The Contracting Authority requires a percentage share of Gross Advertising Sales Revenue over the 5 year concession period, with the option of a 5 year extension.

To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents. Contract Period
The contract will be initially for a period of 60 months commencing 23rd July 2019 with the option to extend for a further 60 months as per the contract terms and conditions.

Tender Responses
Tender Responses are required to be submitted no later than 21st June 2019, 12:00 hrs UK Local time via ProContract tender portal - https://www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk/

Tender Clarifications
If you require any clarifications on the tender documents, please submit these in writing via Messaging in ProContract tender portal, including the project reference and title clearly in the Subject title, by 14th June 2019, 1200 hrs UK Local time.
The Council’s responses to these clarification questions will be issued periodically via Messaging in ProContract tender portal.

No Tender submissions will be considered without completing the tender documents in full including attachments and returning them in alignment with the instructions within the tender documents.
