Description
IThe key output requirements are as follows:

It is anticipated that the successful provider will be on a retainer for providing support on the following:

• CGI (computer generated images) of new build homes both built by and obtained by Bromford through S106
The successful provider would be expected to provide Computer Generated Images that are considered to be as close to the actual real house being obtained, rather than just an artist impression.
The images should also include all aspects of the materials schedules (i.e. Brick Specification, Roof Tiles Colour & UPVC Colour), and any landscaping around the plot such as shrubbery.
The images are required in two formats:

1) Low resolution JPEG Files which are scaled at 450x320 to enable Bromford to publish on our website without any distortion.
2) High resolution file for use in offline marketing formats such as Brochures, Signage & Leaflets.

• CGI (computer generated images) of new build street scenes both built by and obtained by Bromford through S106
The successful provider would predominantly be asked to provide these if it is a Bromford built site, and if the provider is asked to provide images they would be required in the following formats:

1) High resolution scaled at 450x320.
2) Low resolution scaled at 450x320.

• CGI (computer generated image) flythroughs of new build street scenes both built by and obtained by Bromford through S106

The successful provider will be asked produce flythroughs using the Software medium Matterport (https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=RsJsPxqYzMV), Bromford will provide the supplier with property floorplans & Internal photography once the property has been completed.

• CGI (computer generated images) internals of homes.
Bromford will occasionally require CGI internal flythroughs of homes. Bromford will provide the supplier with property floorplans but will require support with adding in furniture into the home.

Request will be issued to the chosen supplier via email giving at least 2 weeks notices however, there may be occasion where urgent requirements are needed and less notice will be given.

Bromford would expect the chosen supplier to submit images in JPEG format and specification stated within an SLA of 5 working days of original instruction.

If the chosen supplier has any questions, queries, or issues with the instruction these are to be raised to Bromford’s contact within 2 working days.

Images will require sign off by multiple Bromford colleagues. Bromford would expect 3 rounds of amendments per CGI to be included in the cost of initial quote, Bromford understands that any further amendments would incur a further cost.
