New Heating Solution - Workshop Area Enterprise Works Swindon

Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the provision of a new heating solution for the workshop area of Enterprise Works, Gypsy Lane, Swindon.

Project Description

The contractor will be required to undertake the following electrical and mechanical works:

• Installation of 4 wall mounted 40Kw warm air blown air heaters and associated control units
• Calculation of gas main size and alter existing if needed
• The complete removal of existing Radiant heaters including controls and electrical feeds
• Installation of a new power supply (to be taken from a local board) for each heater
• Installation of rotary isolator for each heater
• Installation of control cables
• Associated works including the disposal and removal of waste and pricing should include for the disposal of waste and clean up of works as appropriate


The contract term will be 3 weeks.
