Description
The Council is seeking to appoint suitable providers to supply and deliver a range of beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks along with full technical support to include appropriate chilling, dispensing and cellar equipment, including installation of pipes from cellar to dispensing point and merchandise support to the following establishments:

• The Civic and Wulfrun Halls, North St Wolverhampton WV1 1RQ
• The Slade Rooms, Broad St, Wolverhampton WV1 4HP
• The Art Gallery, Wulfruna Street, Wolverhampton WV1 1DU
• Bantock House Museum, Finchfield Rd, Wolverhampton, WV3 9LQ – entrance road is tree lined, not suitable for very large vehicles.

with possible occasional deliveries to:
• Northycote Farm, Underhill Lane, Bushbury, Wolverhampton, WV10 7JF
• City Archives, Molineux Hotel Building, Whitmore Hill, Wolverhampton WV1 1SF
• Bilston Craft Gallery, Mount Pleasant, Bilston, WV14 7LU
and any other Council site in the city of Wolverhampton.

This contract will also be open for use by other Council departments, for example Catering Services.
The contract will be for a period of 5 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years. The tender is split into two lots;
Lot 1 Provision of Draught Beers, Ancillary Items and Technical support
Lot 2 Provision of Bottled Beers, Wines, Spirits, Soft Drinks, Ancillary Items and Merchandise Support
Tenderers may price for both Lots or an individual Lot, each individual Lot will be awarded to a single Provider, tenderers must therefore price and be able to supply all the items within the Lot

To make an assessment of the Council’s requirements, it is essential that Providers visit the main sites stated in this tender, for example to establish cellar and dispensing equipment requirements required for the draught beer. The dates set aside for visits, by prior arrangement, are Thursday 15 June 2017 and Friday 16 June 2017. Appointments to arrange a visit on one of these days must be requested via the message facility linked to this tender.
Clarifications received from Providers after noon Wednesday 21 June 2017 in relation to this tender will not be responded to.
The closing date for return of tenders, which will be via the Council’s e-tendering portal is Friday 30 June 2017 no later than 12:00 hours, please allow plenty of time to upload your completed tender return, extension requests to this deadline will not be considered.
