Swindon Borough Council invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced main contractors to design and build 4 Semi-Detached Lifetime Homes at Brookfield, Highworth, Swindon including road works and associated external works. The site is fenced off (no gates) but can be viewed from the site boundary, therefore, site visits can be undertaken anytime.

This is a competitive tender, and a contract will be awarded to the organisation that is deemed to represent the most economical and advantageous tender.

Tender Returns are required to be submitted no later than Friday, 13 May 2016, 12.00GMT.
Clarifications to the Contract Attachments maybe submitted up to Monday, 9 May 2016 12.00 GMT by email to msrose@swindon.gov.uk
