Conservation Accredited Design Team - RIBA Stages 1-2

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Thanet District Council is seeking to procure a suitable supplier for the provision of design and cost management consultancy services relating to the Ramsgate High Street Heritage Action Zone capital work-stream (RIBA Stages 1-2). The successful bidder will be required to deliver RIBA Stage 2 designs and costs for a maximum of 11 long-listed eligible properties, for restoration, repair and/or improvement to historic shop fronts and fascias. The design team will also need to carry out a prioritisation exercise of eligible properties and works items. All designs to be in line with Historic England eligibility requirements.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Contract is anticipated to commence upon 25th February 2022 for a duration of 8-weeks.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The procurement process will be undertaken on the basis of formal quotations. Evaluation will be on the basis of criteria and methodology as set out in the Invitation to Quote document.&nbsp;</span></p>
