Scope:
ABC are seeking a suitably experienced and competent Contractor to carry out works to construct a new scooter store at one of its sheltered schemes. The work involves relocation of existing sheds onto new concrete bases and the conversion of an existing bin store enclosure, using a prefabricated steel framework to support a new roof. The new building provided by the conversion work will be fitted out with electrical services for security, lighting and battery recharging.

Term:
4 weeks with a proposed timeframe of 3rd August 2020 to 28th August 2020.
