Description
The aim of this tender is to appoint an organisation to submit a planning application, along with all necessary supporting documentation, for the construction of district heating pipes on behalf of the Authority.
The consultants will be expected to deliver:
A complete and successful planning application submitted to the London Borough of Sutton’s Development Management team no later than the 30th April 2016.
Production of all necessary supporting documentation, including elevations and drawings.
Submission of a screening request for an EIA.
There is a budget available of between £10,000 - £15,000 for this commission.
