Catering Provision at Highcliffe Castle

<p>Highcliffe Castle is seeking to appoint up to five companies capable of providing professional catering services for weddings and other events at Highcliffe Castle. The anticipated start date for this contract is April 2023 running consecutively for a period of 5 years. Due to the nature of weddings, couples book on average 18 months in advance so it is important to us as a venue that the contract length reflects this.<span style="font-size: 11pt"><span><span style="font: 7pt &quot;Times New Roman&quot;"> </span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 11pt">The Castle require the caterer to produce a selection of interesting, varied &amp; modern menus ranging in price per head.</span></p>

<p>The caterer must be able to work within the limitations of <span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;, sans-serif">a grade 1 listed building.</span></p>
