860_26 Refuse and Recycling Products

Note: Any questions or clarifications MUST be received via the Messaging facility on this eProcurement Portal only (as also stated below). Also, if you are unable to complete an Expression of interest, this is likely to be due to this having already been registered e.g., via the previous PME notification (an individual contact/Workgroup cannot complete more than once). Please check your Activities area in this case instead (or otherwise contact Proactis Supplier Support for any other system related help).

ESPO are establishing a national framework for the provision of refuse and recycling products, including not limited to plastic wheeled bins (2 and 4 wheels), steel wheeled bins (4 wheels), steel wheeled bin maintenance, spare parts for 4-wheeled bins, plastic refuse sacks, compostable liners, kerbside containers, compost bins, and food waste containers.

The Framework is divided into 12 lots:

Lot 1A. Supply of Plastic 2-Wheeled Bins
Lot 1B. Supply of Plastic 4-Wheeled Bins
Lot 2. Supply of Steel 4-Wheeled Bins
Lot 3. Steel Bin Maintenance and Repair
Lot 4. Supply of Spare Parts for 4-Wheeled Bins
Lot 5. Supply of Kerbside Recycling Containers
Lot 6. Supply of Stackable Boxes for Waste
Lot 7. Supply of Food Waste Containers
Lot 8. Supply of Kerbside Recycling Bags
Lot 9. Supply of Compostable Liners
Lot 10. Supply of Plastic Refuse Sacks
Lot 11. Supply of Compost Bins

The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 24 months (under normal circumstances this will be completed either in 12-month periods or in full, and is subject to the performance of the framework).

The total estimated value stated includes the option to extend the framework as noted above.
