Description
Through this OJEU competitive dialogue procurement B&NES Council seeks a Developer Partner (DP) to redevelop the site.

The selected Developer will have extensive experience in successfully delivering high quality mixed use regeneration schemes, solely or in consortia, a track record of creating outstanding and memorable places, and the commercial acumen and funding capability to ensure the completed delivery of a comprehensive scheme.

The Developer will be responsible for the necessary master planning, site assembly, design, planning applications, enabling infrastructure provision, development management and procurement of construction contractors for all of the development services concerned with the re-development, construction, funding and financing, marketing, letting and asset management of the scheme.
