Wirral Borough Council is publishing the presentation slides that were shared at the Choice, Independence and Community Living Framework Market Engagement Event held on 3 July 2026.

The purpose of making these materials available is to ensure that all interested organisations have access to the information presented during the event, including those who were unable to attend in person.

The Choice, Independence and Community Living Framework aims to commission a diverse, high-quality and sustainable range of services that enable adults in Wirral to live with choice, independence and strong connections to their local communities. The proposed framework will incorporate services relating to:

Supported Living (including outreach and accommodation-based support)
Day Opportunities
Short Breaks
Innovation and Future Need Services
