<p>This advert is intended to notify potential suppliers of the upcoming tender for works to repair A435 Charlton Hill Landslip and to invite attendance to a market engagement event.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>The A435 carriageway at Charlton Hill to the south of Cheltenham has been subject to ongoing cracking and movement for many years. This scheme has been designed to stabilise the worst affected sections of the road and to repair the damage caused to the carriageway. This will be achieved by installation of an approximate 450 metre length of sheet piles in the verge adjacent to the southbound lane of the carriageway and by full-depth carriageway reconstruction together with replacement of defective drainage.</p>

<p>Anticipated Award: 20th February 2023</p>
<p>Works Start Date: 20th March 2023</p>
<p>Completion: September 2023</p>
<p>Overall Duration: 27 weeks</p>
<p>Indicative Value: £2.5M (plus stats costs)</p>
<p>The proposed procurement route will be a single stage (open process) using the NEC4 ECC Option A Priced Contract form with Activity Schedule.</p>
