This is likely to include wider digital service delivery underpinned by application development and web services. This will require significant future scoping work, but we would invite suppliers to consider their capabilities to deliver against our future growth in this area in their responses.

Our vision for work and skills digital services involves “front door” web services for specific demographics, which could involve a range of services that respond to resident/ user needs. We envision this being built around apps and web services working together to create a single, easy point of service for young people.

We are therefore also interested in whether suppliers can deliver web development services in particular using the WordPress platform, and to work with us to develop and build these services in future – particularly making any updates that may be required to deliver them as part of a wider application.
