<p><strong>Providers needed to Join LOT 5 children’s services</strong></p>
<p>Are you a provider who can help support our Children and Young people here in Somerset achieve the best quality life?</p>
<p><strong>We are looking for</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>High quality Complex Care and Crisis Intervention Services for children in their homes and out in the community.</li>
<li>A wide range of carers to provide regular domiciliary care, complex care and parental modelling in some cases.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>How it will work</strong></p>
<p>We are changing the way we do things here at Somerset! We are making communications much easier and simpler. No more clunky software systems<strong> </strong>– Just easy communications via emails and phone calls - our Brokerage team will support you to get all the information you need regarding upcoming jobs and information.</p>
<p>Once you join this framework, you will be able to liaise directly with our broker and the linked social worker to the child or young person to ensure a smooth working relationship.</p>
