<p>London Borough of Tower Hamlets wishes to tender for a framework for the supply of security services to achieve the following objectives: • Provision of a consolidated supply chain under a management contractor for the provision of security services broken down into 4 Lots and to provide a high standard of security, to properly protect the site, and its employees and customers; • To seek efficiencies across the Lots and from supply chain consolidation. • To ensure those working within the sector are paid the London living Wage. • To provide a sustainable platform for the inhabitants of LBTH to gain employment and training to further develop their career; and to • Ensure value for money within security services, standardise prices and service standards across all LBTH sites. There are 4 lots for this tender, as follows: Lot 1 - Concierge &amp; Indoor Event Guarding Lot 2 -Man, and Man &amp; Dog Guarding, Key holding &amp; Intruder Alarm Response Lot 3 - Intruder Alarm monitoring and maintenance and supply of equipment and parts Lot 4 - Crowd Management and Outdoor Event Management</p>
