Description
This procurement is for two separate contracts as follows:
LOT A ADULT SOCIAL CARE & CHILDREN SOCIAL CARE SYSTEM:
The Council is seeking to procure an ICT system for Children and Adults Services. This will allow the Council to go forward with a single solution to enhance operational efficiency and functionality and achieve financial and non-financial savings by rationalising the multiple ad hoc systems in use.
LOT B EDUCATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM:
The Council is seeking to procure an ICT system for Education Services. The single solution will allow the Council to enhance operational efficiency and functionality, and achieve financial and non-financial savings, by rationalising the systems currently in use.
Each of the contracts has the capacity to run for 10 years (3+3+3+1) from 1 April 2019 until 31 March 2029. It is anticipated that the contract(s) will be signed by 27 March 2018, followed by a 12 month mobilisation period, with the delivery of the live system from 1 April 2019.
IMPORTANT: There are separate SSQ's for each Lot. Where a candidate is applying for both Lots, they are required to fully complete a separate SSQ for each Lot - see documents for full information.
