After School Club Provider for Greens Norton CE Primary School

Greens Norton School are looking for a provider to deliver an After School Club service on their premises. This would be Monday - Friday inclusive and would be from 3.30pm – 6pm. The current provider ceases services on the 20th July 2016.

The successful provider will run as a separate entity to the school and will deal with all payments and communications directly with parents. We would welcome and encourage the opportunity for parents to be able to use childcare vouchers.

The successful provider will of course need to integrate with the values of the school. These are:

We require the provider to start provision of service at the start of the new term on 1st September 2016. There is also a desire for a holiday club to operate out of the school to cover for holidays and teacher training days and it is intended that this will be discussed further with the provider ultimately appointed for the after school club. The detailed requirements are defined in Section 2 – Specification.

The RFQ process is being facilitated by LGSS Procurement, but please note that the Contract will be between the Provider and the individual school. The final decision of Contract award rests with the individual school. LGSS Procurement is acting on behalf of the schools, and as such is impartial.
