Description
Cornwall Council are looking to commission a Family Hubs Peer Support Programme, to be delivered across Cornwall, as part of the Family Hubs and Start for Life Programme This programme aims to join up and enhance services delivered through family hubs in local authority areas, ensuring all families can access the support they need.

The peer support model will support the early help and Start for Life pathway and work in conjunction with additional targeted evidence-based parenting interventions, supporting the universal parenting or carer journey from conception to age 4, to support school readiness.

Cornwall Council wants to work with you to understand how we can best provide peer support to parents and carers in Cornwall. We would like to understand what you see the issues and challenges parents face and how peer support can help. We would like to invite you to attend our engagement event that is likely to be held virtually. We look forward to meeting you and working with you in developing this support for parents and carers in Cornwall. We welcome your ideas, thoughts and suggestions.
