The Derbyshire Direct Payment Support Service supports Derbyshire direct payment recipients with a range of support. Information about the service can be found here:

The provision of this support service helps meet the Council’s prevention duties clearly outlined in the Care Act (2014).

The Service is commissioned by Derbyshire County Council (DCC). We are reviewing the Service to support recommissioning of the Service to start in October 2024. As part of the review we would particularly welcome views from potential providers.

We want your views on this service and how it can be improved. Your feedback to this questionnaire will help us to develop the Direct Payment Support Service prior to re-commissioning. Please participate by completing and returning the attached documents and by completing the online form, details of which can be found in the attached questionnaire .
