Moorfields Community Eyecare Services
Main contract details
MEH is the appointed lead provider of eye healthcare in the Croydon area, for both secondary and community-based services. Under the scope of community-based services, MEH leads the management and delivery of community-based ophthalmology care services in Croydon under an innovative ‘first of type’ model / arrangement directly commissioned by Croydon Clinic Commissioning Group (CCG).
