Description
London Borough of Sutton is in the middle of a Major Project and the first phase of it has involved approximately 1600m2 of repaving. Given the urban nature of the road and the amount of trees in the area, the paving gets very dirty.

The Council is looking to commission a provider that can clean the paving, re-point/joint any slabs where the joints will be affected by the cleaning process and then coat the paving afterwards with a protective coating (to make it easier to maintain).

London Borough of Sutton would like to gain an insight into the practicality, capacity, feasibility and deliverability of this project from the experts in the market. The council is therefore inviting all providers to participate in this soft market testing exercise to refine the specification for this commission. Sutton Council will use the information gathered during this soft market testing exercise to inform the final specification.

All providers are asked to firstly review the DRAFT Pavement Cleansing and Protection Specification (and attachments) and then provide answers to the set of questions asked.

All queries and documents should be submitted via the messaging system on the portal.
