Project Description:

Buckinghamshire County Council is pleased to confirm that it intends to issue fee quotation documents to a Commercial Team, to include Project Manager, Cost Consultancy, and Contract Administrator Services, in relation to School Extension and Remodelling Works.

Applications to be considered for inclusion on the fee quotations’ select list are invited from suitably experienced Commercial team to undertake the following services Project Manager, Cost Consultancy, and Contract Administrator Services. In order to Express an Interest to be included on the fee quotation list you are required to complete a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) (see further information on this process below).

You are asked to note that this EOI for inclusion on the fee quotation list is aimed at Commercial Team only; who are experienced in delivering School Extension and remodelling works as per the Project Manger, Cost Consultantcy, and Contract Administrator Services advertisement.

The Tender period for this project is 4 weeks, if you are expressing an interest, please ensure you take this period into consideration when submitting your PQQ.

Important Note: If you are a material supply company, domestic sub-contractor, works contractor or have no experience in School Extension and Remodelling Works please do not register an Expression of Interest in the delivery of these, Project Manager, Cost Consultancy, and Contract Administrator Services services as your submission will not be considered:

Services Description:

School Extension and Remodelling Works contracted via a JCT 2016 Traditional form of contract, to include full specifications and drawings. The Contractor will be procured through the Buckinghamshire Business Portal via a Two Stage procurement route.

A feasibility study has already been produced. Option 1 is deemed to represent RIBA Work Plan Stage 1 & 2, and this commission will commence with development of the Design and associated contract documents from the begging of RIBA Work Plan Stage 3.

The project comprises:

1. Extension to the Mathematics, Music & English Block
2. Alterations to ICT circulation areas
3. Enhancements to the external areas
4. Upgrades and additional WC facilities
5. Extension to Music Block
6. Improvements to the main entrance.
