Description
Plymouth City Council is seeking tenders for electoral registration and elections printing, including letters, forms and envelopes. It is intended to utilise fit for purpose electoral registration and elections printing service solution to realise our objective of centralising printing activity, where this is cost effective, and to make operational efficiencies within the electoral services team where possible.
The Council is seeking to appoint a single Supplier to deliver the services detailed in this ITT. The contract duration will be for a maximum of 5 years, covering an initial period of 2 years plus 3 optional extensions, each of 1 year (i.e. 2 + 1 + 1+1) starting from January 2019.
