Main contract details
The indicative contract value is approximately £5.7 million per annum
The contract will have an initial term of 4 years (48 months), followed by an optional extension of 2 years (24 months) at the discretion of the commissioner. If all available extensions are taken up in full the contract will have a maximum duration of 6 years (72 months).
The Commissioner is seeking feedback through this market engagement exercise to shape the requirements of this service and to inform the market of any future procurement exercise.
The Commissioner values open and detailed feedback in these areas.
Please note that while draft specifications and a timetable have been provided, these documents are still in the drafting phase and are liable to change before the full ITT is uploaded.
Questionnaire responses submitted will remain confidential and information gathered will be used for the sole purpose of informing the upcoming procurement process and seeking feedback from the market.

Lot 1 is the Integrated Community Pathway Service, which provides an integrated, pan-London service delivering against five separate OPD pathway specifications, namely:
1) Core OPD-OM (Offender Management) service – case consultation, formulation, pathway planning, workforce development and support to approved premises
2) Intensive Integrated Risk Management service – providing enhanced psychological support and risk management interventions
3) Knowledge & Understanding Framework (KUF) training delivery for the London Region
4) Medication to Manage Sexual Arousal provision for people who have committed sexual offences
5) Psychologically Informed Planned Environment (PIPE) provision at Canadian Avenue Approved Premises.
Lot 1 also includes provision of participant involvement & social inclusion activity, and clinical supervision to staff working in OPD residential housing support services.
Lot 2 is the Housing & Accommodation Support Service (HASS), which provides residential accommodation and floating support to people screened in to the OPD Pathway in London.
Lot 3 is the Women’s Enhanced Engagement & Relational Support Service, which provides up to two years of independent mentoring and advocacy to women meeting the criteria of the women’s OPD pathway in London.
