Description
SCC and DCC are tendering for a four-year, two (2) Lot Framework Agreement for the provision of enforcement agency services to Somerset County Council (Lot 1) and Dorset County Council (Lot 2).
SCC is leading the procurement of this Framework Agreement; however the evaluation of submissions relating to Lot 2 will consist of officers from DCC.
Any call-off contracts that arise out of that Framework Agreement shall operate as a service concession and shall be for the provision of Enforcement Agent Services in respect of unpaid penalty charge notices (PCNs).
