<p>Plymouth City Council has a contract with the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) to provide education, training and skills provision to the population of Plymouth.</p>
<p>Plymouth City Council are currently planning a competitive tender exercise to select sub-contractors to deliver Adult and Youth Education Services provision for the next few years. New contracts are expected to commence on 1<sup>st</sup> August 2022.</p>
<p>In preparation for this we will be hosting an online information event to provide an opportunity for interested education providers to find out more.</p>
<p>The event will comprise of two parts, the first will provide an overview of the future requirements of the Adult and 16-19 year old education in Plymouth. The second part will provide a run through of the tender process and what will be required at the different stages.</p>
<p>Unfortunately due to the ongoing COVID19 situation and so that numbers are not limited by room size we have decided to run this as a virtual event. Nonetheless this will be an opportunity to meet the commissioners live online and to ask questions.</p>
<p>Please note: this advert is for the information event only, attendance at this event is optional and does not form part of the formal tender process.</p>
<p>Information on how to register and participate in future competitive tendering opportunities will be posted as a separate opportunity on the Supplying the South West Portal (<a href="http://www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk">www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk</a>) at a later date.</p>
