NHS England’s London Regional Teams invite Tender Bid responses from all suitably qualified and experienced healthcare providers able to deliver Primary Medical Services under an Alternative Provider of Medical Services (APMS) contract.

NHS England has a requirement for a Caretaker Provider to care-take the Vicarage Lane GP Practice Newham(10 Vicarage Lane, Stratford, London E15 4ES - NHS Newham CCG) under an APMS contract with a commencement of service on 1st April 2016. The outline details of this procurement are as follows:

NHS England’s London Regional Teams are operating an e-Procurement process via the link provided below. Interested Applicants wishing to participate in this procurement must respond to this advert by completing all parts of the Caretaker Response Questionnaire (CRQ) (All questions available online on the ProContract portal website) and the Financial Model Template (FMT) downloadable as an Excel spreadsheet, also available from the ProContract website at: http://procontract.due-north.com/register. If you are not already registered on this portal you will need to register. Once you have completed registration, you will need to look for “Open to all suppliers”. Within this there will be a project called “RTL047P Vicarage Lane GP Practice Caretaking contract". Click the link for the opportunity and in the right hand box on the screen titled: Expression of Interest Window, login and register your interest in this opportunity. Please follow the instructions to express an interest. You should then receive two emails; 1: advising that you have successfully registered your interest, 2: advising you that the documents are now available to download. You will then need to log back into to the portal to access and download the documentation and provide your responses to the questions via the online questionnaire.

Please note that by expressing an interest you are NOT committing yourself to submit a bid. The closing date and time the Tender Bid response documents is: 12:00 am on 29th Feb 2016. Please note that, due to the short timescales of this procurement, we have created the Caretaker Response Questionnaire (CRQ) document cited above, which is a shortened version of the PQQ / ITT documents used in full-length procurements. Any reference to “ITT” on the ProContract website should be read as “CRQ”. There is no PQQ or ITT document in this caretaker procurement. Tender Bid responses received after the above date and time will not be accepted. NHS England reserves the right to amend any of the details stated herein, if absolutely necessary
