Description
Trafford Council on behalf of the listed Greater Manchester’s (GM) public sector organisations & Associate members of Association of Greater Manchester Authorities (AGMA), are procuring a Multi Provider Framework via a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) of providers to deliver apprenticeships. The DPS framework is 15 Lots reflecting the new Post 16 Technical Routes. Term is 2+1+1 years and commenced 22nd January 2018. It is a single DPS for Greater Manchester public sector organisations & Association members of AGMA, these shall have access to & may utilise whole, or part throughout its term. Separate Call-Off Contracts shall be entered into under the DPS, & may commence at any time after award on to DPS. Greater Manchester public sector organisations and Associate members of AGMA do not guarantee to call off any specific work during the term of the DPS & a place on to the DPS is not a guarantee of any awarded contracts. Providers not on the GM Public Sector Apprenticeship Training DPS cannot bid for any GM Apprenticeship Training Provision.

The Greater Manchester Public Sector Apprenticeship Provision - Dynamic Purchasing System is re-opening for applications for Lot 6 Creative Design, Lot 10 Health & Science, Lot 11 Legal, Finance & Accounting, Lot 13 Sales, Marketing & Procurement & Lot 14 Social Care until Wednesday 9th October 2019. Please note the next opening of the Dynamic Purchasing System will be in approximately 6 months and will only re-open for lots where provision is limited or not currently available through the DPS.

• If your organisation has submitted a response previously. It is expected that the whole tender response to be resubmitted.

• The tender document has been amended to reflect current data, and GMCA have requested the most recently published achievement rates and satisfaction data. The evaluation methodology will be unchanged.
